Anyone else still not have their Saga order?

I ordered two balaclavas and a wizard hood between October and December (I forget). I did get a $50 gift certificate like everyone else but it said it was an apology for being late. Now it’s fucking May 13th. I forgot about the order until I remembered recently.

This is ridiculous I better get a refund in the form of cash or something.

Do your part before slandering them. Email/ call their customer service or DM them on insta. I have generally had good experience with Saga and customer service, but I cant speak for them. Regardless, pretty busch league of them to make you wait this long so hopefully they will refund you and you'll get it for free. They should be able to refund you unless they have done the same to everyone else...

I think that warehouse raid really put a damper on them as a business. Just my speculation but I never heard any ill feelings towards Saga customer service or order timing beforehand. Such a shame for a theft to put them behind that far.
