Anyone else not like summer?

Its hot, its long, if your broke you cant ski, if you cant drive than you cant go anywhere, etc. etc.

summer setup, tramp, bike (you say you can't go anywhere if you can't drive, I can drive but I bike most places anyways- best way to stay in shape as well), build rails, find rails, explore, get out of your house, eat lunch at really obscure places, there's plenty to do in the summer but you have to be resourceful. It helps to live in a city too.

I would say that the best way to enjoy summer is to be outside and just explore. take a skateboard and roam your local area. If you can't skateboard, learn to. Get a job to make money and buy cool shit. Don't wake up at 11 and look at NS threads for 5 hours.

Your an idiot. Its not like you can change the seasons. Summer is awesome. If your still in school...you get massive breaks, work at fun summer jobs, beaches, parties, outdoors, rooftop bars, girls in bikinis. Biking, hiking, doing things outside...the list goes on.

I like summer less and less as I get older. Managers don't care if it's hot, I still have to dress professionally. And planning a camping trip takes more time than going up to ski, so I'm more likely to stay home. Plus it's more expensive to cool your house down than it is to just keep it warm enough that pipes don't freeze and wear a sweatshirt. Fuck sweaty nights where I can't sleep.

I love skiing but honestly I don't care for winter that much, yeah skiing is amazing but I like the long days of summer where it's not dark until 10 ish and at midnight I can go outside and it's still 80 degrees outside. Plus bridge jumping and mountain biking at Stevens pass is the best.

Summer is only enjoyable above a certain latitude.

Currently in Utah. Fuck this place.

Just go shred snowgression or go cliff jumping in lake Powell or go mounting biking in Moab. There is so much room for activities.

Too hot to do any of those things except cliff jumping. Too bad I have class and can't leave town :(
