Anyone else get paranoid driving with booze(under 21 people)

hate it, its almost not worth driving to the ghetto to get product and then having to drive in fear back to the destination

anyone been pulled over with it in the car
 
no...pussy if its hidden and out of site then there is no reason to search your car if you get pulled over unless you are a fucking dumbass or something
 
Seriously... if you put it in the trunk, and they don't have probable cause, they can't check. Even if they pull you over for speeding, they can't search the vehicle unless, for example, think that you have been drinking. So if you get pulled over, and they ask to search the vehicle... simply ask them "officer, what is your rational behind a search of my car?"

If he says I think you've been drinking, step out and request a breathalizer (providing you haven't been drinking). He can't do jack shit without probable cause, or a warrent.

 
i dont get why you would be paranoid. Put it in your trunk and drive, I have yet to be pulled over and asked to pop the trunk without a reason
 
We always try to finish it before we leave (no the driver doesn't, he may have 1 or two beers, but never goes over the legal limit.)
 
Just hide the alcohol, if you get pulled over for speeding or something and they can't see it then they cant search your car legally. My 6th day having a liscense I got pulled over for taking a turn to fast (they werent clocking people so i got careless driving) and i had a 30 pack in the back. The drive was like 2 minutes and there are never cops on it so we didnt hide it. The cops made me pour out every single can but at least i didnt get an mip or anything
 
Just put it in your trunk man. Its cool just relax, drive slowly (not too slowly) and cautiously. Cops cant legally search your stuff. I'll leave this one up to Jay-Z

Put it in your trunk. And drive carefully, there's no reason to speed or do anything that warrants getting pulled over. And the reason he goes to the ghetto is its easy as fuck to buy shit without an ID or being 21.
 
haha, FUNNY story...

I had just purchased an 18 pack of Bud from a convinience store with one of my fake ids...and like a retard, i put it in my passenger seat...

On my way to my friends house that was having a rather large bonfire, i got up to 57 in a 35 without a care, next thing you know, they followed me two miles down the road to my friends house.

Three cops roll up, so i cover the 18 as quickly as possible with one of my work vests, and during the course of them telling me how fast i was going, they spot the 18...

They tell me to get out of the car, almost cuff me, then give me directions to take the entire 18 pack out and pour them into the street.

It was sad watching the suds flow towards the sewer...but the beer saved me from getting a ticket for speeding.

moral of the story is, always have beer in your passanger seat when your driving like an idiot...it will get you off...

no because first of all if you dont have the balls you shouldnt be doin it. i drove past two cops on a golf cart filled with 40 beers once and didnt think nothin of it. face it atlantaski ur just a pussy who trys to look cool by posting a bunch of threads about drinking and smoking. god some ppl on this site piss me off. not that many but like 3-4 and ur definatly on of them.
 
1)why would you need to go to the "ghetto" to get booze? its beer, not crack

2)unless youre a pussy you shouldnt have a problem driving with beer in your car. stop being a sketchball and drive normally
 
i got pulled over with a 30 pack behind my seat when i was under 21. luckily i hadn't been drinking at all that night so the cop didn't search my truck. i almost shit a brick when she was talking to me though...i thought i was done.
 
my town is sweet and they can go through your bag without a warrant

anywhere else you can say no and they can't do shit but here if you say no they just take it and take all your booze from your bag

i dont drive yet but thats with bags

and i assume its the same with cars

Its easier to get booze in the ghetto, because in the upper middle class all white part of town i live in, package and gas station clerks have nothing better to do than bust kids with fake IDs, and then call the cops on them, since the cops never have to fight crime.

In the ghetto, the clerks at package stores couldnt give a shit

A) the added revenue is nice

B) they have other things to worry about like getting robbed

C) The cops dont give a shit either, or wouldnt be bothered by a clerks phone call to the station about underage white kids trying to buy alcohol when they have to deal with Trapstars and murderers.

We had one guy by me that sold to underage kids, but he was involved with some sketchy side dealings and got followed home by 3 hitmen and got shot in front of his wife...So RIP Rocky

just say that your dad left it in the car and that the cops can take it if they want. the cops would probabyl drink it anyway.

and by showing that you dont care, it makes you less suspicious.
 
when did it become illegal to drive with alcohol is the backseat or trunk? I thought it was only illegal to be in posession of open alcohol and if it was closed it had to be in a bag. Maybe the states have crazier laws, I don't know.
 
Seriously dude... put it in your trunk and they can't do anything unless you're a moron and drive drunk. No matter how fast you go over the limit, they can't search without probable cause, so like the man said, request a breathalyzer if things get sketchy... a teenaager driving recklessly, oh man, that'll be a hard story to pull off...

If you're really paranoid, just stay within five miles of the speed limit... what reason would they have to pull you over? They can't pull over every kid they drive past because they might have alcohol...
 
Exactly, but if he's really paranoid and/or plans on swerving around the road at 30 miles over, this should help him out.
 
apparently some of you havent been pulled over before. what cops can do legally to search your car and what they DO are two entirely different things. cops lie to you. remember that.

however there is no need to be scared when driving with booze unless youre shitfaced already, drive horribly, or break down in front of cops. ive been pulled over numerous times high as fuck carrying a lot of weight, and never had a problem. know exactly what situation youre in and what you can do to keep the cops from searching you is key.
