i just went out there this past weekend from ohio and i was very impressed with the setup for this late in the season. i heard freedom park is gonna be open on 4/20 too

That is correct. I believe (am hoping) they will shuffle snow from around the mountain onto Freedom Park to build it up nice. That would make the most sense. I'll be there next Saturday as well.

really curious as to why freedom when they have an epic crap ton of snow on boulder built up into those two jumps? freedom is flat and it's supposed to be in the 50s on saturday. you're not even going to be able to move.

I dunno - I'd rather them move all the snow to Love Park. Freedom is gonna be packed and like you said, real slow. I'm debating whether to go now. I guess I could work on slow rail tricks all day.
