I don't have cash for one straight up new, but the ebay market seems to be flooded with ones.

Reputable sellers too. And yes, I am aware of those pyramid schemes and scams, so don't bother mentioning that.

yeah there are a few floating around the ski equipment forum.

i bought a refurbished 30 gig from apple.com. 180 bucks and it looks brand new and i get the standard 1 year warranty that new ipods come with.
