I wanted to make sure I wasn't the only skier going to UNR. I just moved here. What are the best local ski shops ect.... Are there any pros going to school here.

 
Umm.....hmmmm....well this is my first year hear and it's only been a month. So not super fun yet. But there are hella parties and tons of alcohol and the girls are alright. AS for the skiing and winter life. Couldn't tell you. I always skied in Utah before this.

 
SoCal has the hottest chicks but there are a lot more down and cool chicks in other places.

NorCal girls are way cool.

Same goes for the girls in CO.

 
so basically the only skiers at unr are myslef and tahoe freeriders friends. any one else who skis here doesn't give a shit about N/S.....that blows

i used to work with a girl who's little brother goes there and makes some pretty tight ski videos, so there's plenty of skiers. i think there's a freeride club there too.

im a senior this year but ill be goin down the hill next year to unr, and ill be skiing every minute i can, even if i cant get to a resort i will be hitting town rails or somethin

 
I go to unr in the fall and summer and ski at squaw all winter

I'm a Junior transfer student at UNR. Used to go to SNC. My buddies and I ride at Alpine.
