anybody still support dynastar?

Hwy I saw a ski once that lost its edge cause some guy caught it side slipping over rock. Because of that single expierence I think skis edges in general suck

i have a pair of tm's...i bought them becasue they were the best riding skis i rode...i have ridden a lot of skis (not all twins) and i though the tm's were definitely the best. the edges do fall out but i didnt really notice a difference in performance (belive it or not). i stand by my tm's and my next pair of skis wil most likely be tm's.

Does anybody give a fat fuck? Dyna makes some of the dopest shit on the mtn. Look/Rossi makes the best damn binding in production today. Now, I'm sure I'm gonna get flamed for saying this.

Trouble makers arent a problem if you are a) rich, b) bad at skiing and c)Rarely ski. for everyone else the skiis break and so does my heart when i have to put new stickers on the next pair

Allright, allright, calm down folks, there are a few things that need to be put into order first.

Dynastar sold over 3000 pairs of Troublemakers this year, the best selling model in the line. So, with that in place, sure, your going to hear some horror stories about hardcore riders pulling and edge out or two. And keep the thought in mind that a hude percentage of people who ride the troublemaker ride it in the park, not like salomon, where lots of people ride the 1080 as a 'cruser' ski. Back when I used to work in a shop, I would sell tons of 1080's to old folks just looking for a fun ski to ride, where as troublemakers went to more hardcore riders. With that in place, you can see why there are a few broken pair out there. How many people on here have broken (as in snapped) a pair of troublemakers, a dozen? I doubt that. Yea, you here from the people who have ripped out edges, but you never here from the much greater percentage that have not.

Look at armada, or any other smaller company. I bet armada sold 500 skis this year, If that. Yet, I personaly have seen at least 10 pair with some sort of manufactures defect, or unrepairible damage. And thats just with my own eyes. So, 10 pair for a 500 pair production run is roughly a 2% failure, and thats just what I have seen, not herd over the net, or from a friend. Now, as for troublemakers, I have seen mabey 15 or so with pulled out edges, half of which have been from big Lee Downey who rides these silly things for a living. So of course hes gonna break shit, hes a fuckin pro. So 15 bad skis of 3000 is less then 1 percent failure rate. Seems like a good ski to me!?!

Its a fuckin awsome ski. It boosts you high as fuck. It freerides good. what more do you want?

Fat TroubleMaker, Thats what you want.

Not that I know of, looks like its going to be a new build, but a legend pro with a big twin would be sick, anyone else rode it yet?

im missing 2 and half feet of edge on both skis...first edge fell out after having them for a week...still riding them, plan to ride them all next year..i dont really have a issue riding with no edge underfoot...think its kinda fun actually..if you dont slide rails this is the ski for you..so much fun, but if you do, i would def ride something different.

well to keep it real I started being a Poser Poser. I dress and act like a poser, but i'm not really a poser. I just pose to look like a poser posing. you know just keepin it underground
