Anybody need a roommate around the tahoe area?

Def truckkee or Tahoe city if you can. Rents been crazy. Expect to pay close to 1000 for anything decent. Ifvyou find a better deal cherish it.

looking at incline village rn. less taxes on nevada side

working in the demo center which is sick because i get to test all the skis in inventory.

That drive will be shitty on a pow day though. Traffic ain't getting any lighter
 
There's a facebook group i I've used but i cant think if the name. A north lake tahoe one thats housing specific.

Also craigslist obviously. Ask your boss too. Sometimes they know people both from living there and it being relevant to know a little about housing.

Yeah I wouldnt recommend commuting from the NV side to Squaw. That would be brutal.

Especially on a pow day. A lot of the pow days I just rode Northstar because I was there after work booted up ready to go before any or many people even made it up from the village. Days I didn't ride I'd see the gnar backups all the way to Kings Beach coming to the mtn.

Days I rode other spots was off, or got up early, stayed with friends close to said mountains and left early enough to get it done.

Glad to hear that it sounds like OP found a spot. Def becoming less about $$$ and more about even finding a spot. Tahoe is cool though. Also nice sunny bluebird days in the winter are always dope, and being able to skate a lot in between storms is always cool. Also reno is always an option as well as the skatehouse in south lake. Have fun OP

Lived in TC for 4 years between 2010-14. Heard a lot has changed. Mostly I see a lot of my friends on Facebook who are still there continuously bitching about things lol. Interested to get back and see the old neighborhood soon, hopefully.
 
Yeah boys i got a sick spot and some roommates.

Commute might be bad some days but it can't be worse than living in reno
