Just like the title says i would like to know what that program is like. Im going there in the fall and would like to know what to expect.

i applied there for ski area ops but i THINK it might just be a certificate, not a major...check out coloradomtn.edu for other skiarea ops majors

yeah, well there are two options. Mine is a co-op deploma with co-ops in panorama, tremblant, Whistler..etc.

well see the thing is im poor as balls, and i live in Ontario. So the point it would not really be worth it to move out there. Plus blue is there, st louis moonstone, and a co-op at most intrawest resorts.

Don't major in ski area management. It really doesn't buy you anything in the industry and your degree is sort of worthless. My two cents but wish I had gone with another major, plus I found out I never want to work in the ski industry. Theres no money and you have to work the days you want to ski.

yeah im almost done and I have heard this from people. I have talked to other people that are really happy with the degree though. At least where I go its and easy degree and fun for the most part.
