Anybody have trouble with getboards.com?

I recently ordered a pair of skis there and had the wrong order sent to me. My friend also ordered skis and ended up receiving a hoodie instead. I'm just wondering if these two instances are a common occurance or if the site is unreliable.
 
i ordered goggles 2 weeks ago and called last week they lost my order so i had to order again and hopefully they will be here thursday so i'll have them for vermont friday if not im gonna be pissed

yeah man its a very hit or miss company. ive had 2 successful orders and one horrible one that took over a month just for me to have cancelled and have my money refunded. you really gotta bug them constanly with emails and calls and threats to press charges though. just bug them a ton and they should fix your problem, it might just take a month or 2
 
i ordered a sweatshirt for christmas, they lost the order. ordered it again late january or early february, it still hasnt come but it should have. im getting impatient
 
go with backcountry.com or tramdock.com

getboards sucks

and ive never tried dstructure

and jibij seems overpriced
