Anybody else have this problem?

Okay, so i'm not sure if this is a problem on NS or it's just my browser or something; but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. It only happens on videos uploaded to the NS player and it seems to be happening more and more frequently lately....not sure whats going on. Here's a couple examples.

i uploaded a video(deleted now) awhile ago.

it only uploaded 20seconds of it, and a fair amount was all scrambled too.
