any Ulead 7 editors?

I use Ulead 7 and as a cool effect that you commonly see in ski videos they rewind a clip. For instance you take a clip and say the skier falls. Then you want rewind that clip and show the next clip of the skier sticking it. How would you do this?? Thanks
