Any tips on zero spins?

when you take off pull your feet up for balance and spot your landing by looking down between your feet. i'm sure there are better strategies than this but it works.

waht I do is I try to grab a high saftey and look at my hand. When you see the ground approaching looking forward then I look back and spot the landing

i learned them this weekend. i just looked over my shoulder like normal, took off and in mid-air looked forward and then looked back for the landing.

Come into the takeoff putting pressure on the front of your boots while getting yourself set in the best possible athletic stance. After you got that down, hit it and don't flail because you will have no need to do anything else but wait for the landing.

the best Zero at dagmar is when you actually get air. to do a "zero" you have to be off the ground. good luck erik, you will need it. power to you

get more speed than normal, nothing helps you grab bether in the zero than some crazy speed, (speed = more air) don't worry about the landing, if you know how to land sw you can take it to the bottom. now, i don't know how many of you actually looks over your shoulder, but i like to look under mine (not totaly under, like i put my arm over my head, but i crouch so my head is at height with my shoulders, and my shoulders are pulled back, then when you reach the jump, pop, just kick of, then you can either wave you arms like crasy, or hold a safety ( the easiest ones in the start) then you just wait for the landing, somehow you know when it is comming..... then after a while you do zero's with truetail or double nose grab!

Short, pump speed, hit switch, don't spin

i have trouble with them i think because i kinda lock out my knees when i ski switch. so basically any bump and im down. thats something i gotta work on, i dunno bout you.

i dont know. its really just you going off the jump backwards and then landing backwards. there really isnt much to it

^ hes got it....if u get really baked its a lot easier haha cuz there is nothin to it but just make sure u are balanced coming off, balanced in the air, and dont freak out.

ive only done them on 20ft table but it was still real scary

wat idid was just tell myself that i was gona be spinning off switch like usual but at the last second i just tried to tuck up and waited for the ground to come

^^^I always feel like im gonna clear the whole landing and die, but I don't (sometimes I even knuckle when I thought I was going to far.)

if you look between your legs you will land too far forward, if you look over your shoulder you have to keep your sholders square or you will start to rotate, so you cant really see much, they are really hard, i suck at them
