Any terrain up yet in NC?

don't think anyone has jumps set up yet

beech has been setting up about 4 features - last i was there they had like a 8' flat bar, 16' dfd, 16' down rail, 16' round rail. just guessing on the 16' length, but these were all set up on the side of shawnee. rumor is they're supposed to open the main park this weekend- i'd probably just expect a few more options set up when it happens.

i heard cat had something similar to beech set up, i imagine it still exists although i have not seen it myself

if app is open think it's usually safe to say they'll have at least a

few rail/box options set up. they did early season when there was barely any snow. check their webcam as it usually shows

whats going on for the whole mountain

as far as i know sugar doesn't have anything set up, but even if they did you wouldn't want to go there

tl;dr - app is your best bet, beech and cat have minimal, sugar nothing
 
Anybody make it up to beech this past weekend? Were they able to get their man park open. Also anyone going to be up in the boone area this weekend? I am planning on heading up there to ride.
 
i was there monday, they moved everything down into the powder bowl park. they had 2 round rails, a shitty short rail and a box set up. jump was starting to form but as of monday was just a knuckle. i say there's a good chance they have a jump by this weekend

they posted on fb/twitter last night they were adding features and today posted "Powder Bowl is a totally new terrain park with 7 new features including a nice hip and a nice jump. 5 boxes/rails fills out your jib line. Fog is lifting and the snow is great with a nice dusting of fresh natural snow. Come get your shred on!!!!! See ya out there!!!!!"

a friend of mine i think went there today, if not today tomorrow. i'll try and get an update from him tomorrow to see whats up.
 
heard tonight theres a mix of stuff set up (beech). 2 round rails, dfd, box, other rail, hip, jump. hip is cool from what i hear. ill be out there tomorrow gapering it up
 
I was at APP last night.

had one small jump open and working on a second.

appletop just had one short box

about 6 features in the park on the left (forgot the name)

it's coming together slowly but they really need to get the jumps bigger soon, kinda pathetic.
