Any skis worth buying now for next year?

I have like $250-300 i can spend right now on a set of sticks. Any sense in getting some of this years now to use next year? I don't know why but I'm just eager to get some new ones. I don't really want TMs/Dynastars anymore since that's what I have now and I want something new.

I was thinking maybe the $200 invaders at Evogear. Is the ollie strap or whatever thing for next year worth the ~$100 extra I'll spend next year?

What about these Atomic Twins?

damnit btw, I'm 150 5'10, next year will be my 2nd year park skiing, not really looking for all mtn performance, I ski east coast. I'm working year round now so chances are i'll prolly pickup another pair of sticks in the fall

anyone else got any idea on next years invaders? I'd just rather buy this years now for way cheaper then get a ~$400/450 ski again in the fall then just next years invaders.

could i even get 08s? seeing as i'll only ski them like 8 months from now will i even have a warranty still? if they delam will i get warrantied even if there's signs of rails, or how does all that work?

warrentees last a year, just make sure you save the receipt. and line is very good about warrentees, and will probably still replace a delamed pair if there is rail damage.

evogear has the invaders just at 171s, which i'm positive will be way too small for me. I'd go with the 178 fujis but i'm scared they'll lose camber, i can deal with delam and waiting to get another pair but i don't want dead skis with no warranty help.

any other places got cheap invaders? whats the tahoe store website?

oh and whatr the differences between Nothin but troubles & TMs. NBTs are just $200, seems like a steal. Even though I didn't really want TMs again I don't really mind having some at that price mine have been amazing to me but are losing their pop

fujatives are probably the most fun ski i have ever ridden

and they have no camber and bent tips

$250s kinda steep, I figure for $200 it's a steal but nobody has 178s at $200. Next years will get a full year warranty, essentialy start of following season too, plus ollie spring or whatever, and just $50 more.

so many sick park skis comin out next year if I were you and the money isn't a huge deal I'd wait and save up over the summer and score some hot new sticks in the fall. both the fujas and the invaders look dope for next year (IMO) and wont really break the bank either even if you gotta pay retail. or if you could find some of this years thalls for cheap enough that'd be pretty dope.

or if you want a dope deal on some new chronics from this year pm lineskiNJ! he's got some that are brand new in i think 177 and chronics are like 10 times as durable as invaders, they're bombproof. and super light.

i was thinking of getting this years thalls but i might just wait till later and hope theres still some pairs flying around. Next years fujis are dope but i don't mind much for graphics to spend an extra $100-$150 on them

I ride on this year chronics for park and there fucken awesome, really good pop, feel great riding and landing switch, would recommend them to anyone.
