i snowboarded from the time i was 8 to the time i was 16 but then i felt i was a more natural skier than boarder but i totally respect snowboarding and love to carve down groomers and threw the pow but i was not as comfterble on jumps

i ski and snowboard. but i didnt snowboard at all this yr. i got really into a few yrs ago, got pretty good, then decided i wanted to stick with skiing. cuz skiings so much better.

how about a jib for the mentally unstable aswell. maybe a picture of a kid with down syndrome on a box - anathema

I coached freestyle boarding before skiing became the new hottness...its the same dam sport...period \

same skill set, same balance, same sport..actually terrain park jibbing is way easier on my twin tips then it ever was on a board

look at guys like skogan...he was killing it in the 90s as a boarder....took up skiing and destroyed everyone

i tried to snowboard and broke my ass. its not as ccool either.

a good friend is the guy who bails you out of jail...
a best friend is the guy on your right saying, 'damn that was fun'

ye almost got a concussion snowboardin so stuck with skiing. That was like 5 yrs ago, never regretted it.

Have a JIBARITO!

I snowboarded from 12 until 17, then I switched to skiing, but I still occasionally board. (I'm 20 now). My first skis were twins and between playing defense in hockey and snowboarding I caught on quick.

I dont know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

i snowboarded 2 years n i loved it but i prefer skiing but still snopwbaring is cool too

Rip more talk less

i've been a skier my whole life, but for a couple years (this is maybe when i was 15-17 yrs, and now i'm 19) i was snowboarding. right when the first twins came out, lots of my ski team buddies switched over and for some reason, i did not. i jumped ship and joined the dark side, along with my school friends. then i moved to ottawa, and got into freeskiing and i'm fuckin loving it. i'm a pretty decent snowboarder too though..

stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

I skied until I got bored with straight skis, then at heavenly I learned to ride and did so for 6 years. Then came kids, at which point I spent the next 2 years skiing switch on shaped skis trying to intercept runaway 2 & 3 yr olds. My boys have boards that have never been ridden on, we tend to think that riding is mostly for people who don't know how to ski or are too lazy to learn.

I've skied for 13 years, and twin tipped for past 3. This past winter bought a cheap board and had a blast doing both, I caught on quite quick and got better than alot of my boarder friends which was sweet.

i snowboarded for 2 years and its really easy to do park stuff on a snowboard. i landed a 360 on one at a sledding hill my first try and it was the first time i was ever on a snowboard. but i think snowboards are a little harder to go fast down groomers and stuff on just cause you always have to be on your edges.

ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww.....NUCKLE DRAGGERS!!!

nope.about one or two years ago EVERYONE around me converted into boarding but i was one of the select few that stayed true to the skiing life.
