I have been using some smiths for the past 2 seasons and there done. they have alot of major battle scars and such. So yeah i need some new goggles and i dont want to pay a ton of money for them. Any suggestions for some nice styled, durable goggles for next season? Thanks.

well you can almost get anyhing under 150. so i would prefer a anon realm with a solex lense or a crowbar or a A-Frame with a blue iriduim lense.

You most definitely dont have to pay 150 bucks for top of the line goggles, especially if you buy them on NS.

You kiddin' me? Smith Phenoms, no doubt - go with the Crystal Special Edition white ones - fuckin' baaaaallller.

erm crowbars? you can basically get anything you want just go try on a bunch and see what you like. crowbars have dope peripheral vision which is clutch

For $150, you could prolly pickup almost any pair of goggles with a reasonable non-limited style and get yourself 2-3 lenses.

I have Smith Fuses and my prodigys are on their way. People really seem to like the crowbars, I would've gotten A-Frames if I could find any, in my oppinion they're the best looking. Wisdoms have a nice view from the inside, but might not go so well with a helmet if you sport one.

i've never heard of any expensive goggles that suck. cept maybe those one's with the fan inside them, seems like theres some possibility for sucking there. i dunno.

i loved my figments, then i lost them, never fogged, super comfy, and soooooooooo steezy (brown leather from last yr.) i miss the poor guys.

if you wear a helmet get crowbars. if not, get a frames. (oakely)

if you ski a lot in the day, get a fire lens, if you ski a lot during night, get H.I yellow

the fire lens sucks at night.

yeah, where i live (new england) i have seen some pretty expensive goggles around some even ranging over $250.

P.S. thanks for all this great help

were they gold plated? i have never seen a pair that expensive. for $150 you can get whatever you want.

I thought the Regulators on my Fuse were a gimick, but now that I use them to keep snow out of the lens vents, they are the best goggles I have used. Go Smith (Prodigy, Fuse, Phenom).

Crowbars, and that's the end of the damn discussion. Hands down the best goggle made. It's not just hype.
