Any other skiers do this?

when I am drivin down a street especially after skiing I look for things to jump off and grind as if I was skiing down a trail. Its corny but I don't even realize I am doing it.

yeah. i look at rails that yould be fun to grind, and ill jump the last stairs in the stair well at scholl and do a 360. freestyle walking is the only way to role!

i believe he said driving? how the fuck do you jib a rail with a car.

but when i walk, i do visualize stuff on rails around me.

i thought freestyle running was called "soaping". i do railslides on my feet all the time. the crayziest one was a not complete whale rail at the school we were making for the ski hill. i fell on my chest in the mud once on it.

shit any time i see a snowbank in the rough shape of a jump, i just visualize launching off it and the next decent sized snow mound i picture as my landing

I DO THE SAME THING!! haha thought i was just weird

I almost crashed into a pole today on my last drivers ED lesson cause i was looking at this handrail

I do that as well but I do it most in the summer when its bmx time. Everything I see is a potential playground.

i make up runs that i could do through my school in my head and explain them to my freinds, they think i smoke to much crack

word, that is much fun! the only thing is that when the guard rail ends you trying to figure out how youre gonna make the next one.

haha this thread is awesome yeah i like use my binders in school to slide em down the rails and stuff.....man i need to go skiing

haha i'm sure i would if i drove home alone and had no one to talk to the whole way down..yup..i sure would.

i seriously ALWAYS do that. i just thought i was weird.. lol guess not. i always imagined jumping over like driveways and roads and such as we go by.. haha so weird

Whenever i see handrails i think of whether they are slideable. Then i scope out the inrun and landing. And then i realize I'm in the middle of the road and a car is about to make roadkill soup out of me so i jump into a snowbank. yea. true story.

lol freestyle walkin is something everybody does... when i get into my appartment block theres a set of three stairs that i always 360... just a habbit

not only do i do that, sometimes i call my friends, cause were all into the urban scene stuff, so I give them the low-down on the rails and stuff

when i didn't live in the city and i'd be driving i'd always think about gapping the driveways with snow heaped up on either side.

theres this random table in my basement that weve been planning on getting rid of for like 6 months. i jump on and slide across it like im sliding a rail everytime i go past it, like 30 times a day. i actually think its how i learned good balance on rails. whenever my dad sees me do it he asks me what the fuck im doing and im like "skiing" and hes like "i dont get how you can slide a metal rail on skis"

whenever there's a snow bank or anything that resembles a jump or rail i picture my self on skis hittin it

even if its not after skiing. i guess its just a thing that you get addictede to. spinning off things, i always have to jump stairs now

Yeah i did that on trips home in the car...I would be looking out the window when I was little and imagine that I was skiing on the snow banks on the side of the road and hitting the lips created from the plows on driveways. haha, good times.

this one time i was freerunning and i jumped onto a ledge that had a 3 foot drop off the end. tripped when i was running ontop of it and ripped my pants. then i proceeded to fall off the 3drop while rolling and i landed on my back

I was watching the Wizard of Oz one time matched up with the Pink Floyd album and noticed in the town right after the tornado there is a sick handrail coming down from the top of the building there...that's the most extreme one I've ever noticed.
