Me and a friend need to know what this logo stands for or if anyone has seen it anywhere. its very important to settling a bet :)

I've seen this logo before and i think its an american gay pride thing .... but my memory is very hazy.....

Long story...... basically a friend of mine is going to the USA for a holiday being only 20 hes got himself a fake id. When he showed me the 'international student ID card' i said, i've seen that logo some where before except i thought it was gay pride thing. So i was said that that id is not going to work if and people think your gay etc.... My friend got all defensive because its a GOOD fake id (plastic card etc..) but for that logo.

Do you think that his id will work with that logo in the corner? are many bouncers aware of this United thing?? I mean its not the exact same..... its exactly the same, but underneath the rainbow theres the letters ISTC instead of the little guy
