Any one else pissed at sagawear

Fact of the matter is they're customer service is horrible. Their telephone number the provided on their site goes straight to answering machine, and they never call back. They never email back either. They don't update their "Customer Updates" or their thread on NS. If they would just be honest with us and tell us what's going on, I would be much happier and sympathetic. As it is now, I am losing so much respect for them because they are ignoring us, the customer. It is not a good way to run a company, and hopefully they will change things in time.

 
LD had issues too delivering product that wasnt to be as promised.

small companies run across these problems. and dont have a ton of cash to fix the problems.

i made the nike reference because they probably own a whole city of factories that only make nike products, so they can get anything at anytime.

it sucks for the people wanting to give you dope product as promised as much as the people expecting it.

 
This is not serious. I have a North Face that's 10 years old. This season I bought my F Saga but I didn't remember the same of everyear!

We want news, information,... You are not serious!
 
All i know is i that i will be keeping this in the back of my head for the next time i need to get a new suit. I dont care if there a new company or not
 
oh NO!!! you might have to wear a suit from LAST YEAR. someone might see you in it not looking fresh. seriously, itll get there, deal with it
 
Its been three shipping days since the 25. WHERE THE FUCK IS MY SUITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. And called saga today. Not only do they not awnser the phone but there mailbox isfull even. FUCK this.
 
i am in no way connected to saga, nor am i waiting on anything in the mail, but this is ridiculous to make people who have already paid wait this long... doesnt matter what excused they give, a professional company wouldn't let this happen, especially a company with a border line CULT following...

i expected better
 
ok this is the last time i will post about this, because it still seems to be going over peoples heads. i understand we all have an affinity for legit small companies like saga, but our concerns are not aimed at a friend of yours, which is how youre treating this. we are not talking shit, making stuff up, or calling out anyone. so stop defending an indefensible position. you have nothing invested in it.
all we want is another update.
seriously, this is all business. i dont understand how you cant have some understanding. while i do want my gear at the beginning of the season so i can look fresh, right now im concerned where the fuck my 240$ is. when you give someone your money here in america, we consider it a right to know where/how/when the goods or services will be available to us.
besides, i imagine that the saga management has probably been so busy that they have not seen either of these two threads clusterfuck into this. they will probably give us a good explanation as soon as they do read these threads. then maybe they will see our frustration and that will give them some impetus to do a better job next time around keeping us posted.
i do feel bad for those guys, especially since they are so legit. still, this is a business. they have everyones money, and so now we need answers.
 
Although many people have much sympathy for Saga, I do not. As stated many times before, they are a business, and even though they are getting "fucked" by customs, they should have been ready for the worst situation possible considering the problems of previous years. They should have been prepared. To my knowledge, they were not ready for this to happen, and to ship their product to their customers on time. I am very disapointed.

i just find it ridiculous that you all cant wait the extra time for the suits. its not like your not gonna ever get them. idk i just think if your THAT desperate to get the "hot new thing" then you should expect the wait, it happened with LDC it happened with saga last year, how did you not see this coming.

shit i ordered cbars from oakley on the 12th, and they still havent even shipped yet. is it the end of the world? no. companies get busy, shit gets backordered (my gogs) etc.
 
A grown man or woman can cope with negativity better. This comes from someone with obviously no experience in any field dealing with adults. I have worked at a grocery store for 3 years now and adults complain about every little thing. I have never once had a 16 year old be rude or obnoxious, but there are adults who would complain about anything.
 
If everyone is so pissed about this...and it appears to happen year after year...why do you kids still order from them?

If you still order withthe knowledge that they are always late then i think 'buyer beware' comes into play.
 
his point is your being a douche cos not one person who ordered saga gear has heard anything from customer service. shit kids like you irritate me. like someone said above its like you're defending a personal friend or something. saga are in the wrong. you don't own saga. stop bitching about people bitching, you have no frame of reference here. your oakley story is nothing like the saga one. the people who ordered their clothes ordered as far back as October and have no idea whats going on. you ordered this month and you have had contact with them.

Its really disappointing to see how this is all working out, i was hoping this would be a break through year for saga where they would get past their problems with customs and all that bullshit. Im sure they are trying to get shit out as fast as they possibly can, but theres no excuse for the lack of updates with so many people so excited to get their shit. Maybe once people start getting their suits in the next few days everyone will be stoked on them again but it sucks to see so many people upset about the their lack of service.
 
i believe actually they HAVE posted periodic updates on NS, but they ARE a tiny start up company, unlike oakley, they really cant afford to have a customer service line staffed with 50 people there to answer your calls every 5 seconds.

but im not defending saga. they really SHOULD have gotten their shit together last year. im merely pointing out how ridiculous you all sound.

first of all you PRE ORDERED in october. aka you bought your suit before it was even made, so you already had a wait.

also, as i and someone else said. LDC has had problems, saga had problems last year, how did you not see this coming?
 
if the suits were shipped out already would fedex be the ones to email us with the tracking numbers or is that sagas job?
 
Honestly I don't get how you kids can keep bitching about waiting when Saga offered to give you a full refund weeks ago. If your not happy with the company why support them? I bet they are doing the best they can right now and to have a bunch of whiny kids complain over the internet isn't helping the matter.
 
hey i got an update from an email from them. dont lose hope!!!! it said that they had huge shipping problems and their gear was all shipped to Washington DC instead of seattle, but they are fighting through the snow storms and such and getting it over here. also, to all who pre-ordered they will include a free SAGA Tall T and a sticker pack. yayyyy hahahahha
 
its true i just talked to Jordan from SAGA. and the tall t is special cuz it has hidden logo's that only come out in certain sunlight and such, he said. and all orders will be shipped ASAP (few days) and every1 can expect their gear to arrive NEXT WEEK!!!
 
When I pre-ordered my Saga outerwear, I saw the original shipping date, and figured I would receive it while I was home for the holidays, and take my suit back with me (8 hours away). Well, if they are supposed to be in by next week, my parents will need to re-ship my suit to me. Saga has also screwed my plans over for receiving my suit. This is partially my fault, but if Saga would have shipped when they originally planned to, I would not have to deal with these complications.
 
I'm stoked cause I can never find Tees tall enough for me! (6'4") The only people that make "tall" sizing is Eddie Baur, and I really don't want to dress like a 40 year old all the time.

Yes, it's true. It will ship in a few business days. And all who have pre-ordered will get a free tall limited edition SAGA tee and a sticker pack. I'll upload the update in the Saga update thread asap.
 
While Saga did mess up by not starting the whole process of getting their shit earlier, giving out a free tall tee and sticker pack is exactly what a professional and legit company is suppose to do when they don't get ship their product when they said they would. Good job Saga. I'm fuckin stoked for that shit to get here.
 
dude call them and change the address to your new place. thats what i did today and he said its all good. email them your new address, its not to late
 
ok guys i know it sucks, but if theyre having delays from their supplier, offered refunds and all that you really shouldnt be mad. saga is trying to give you guys sick outerwear, and sometimes delays do happen, even if its planned far ahead. honestly, the only companies that dont have delays are the ones with legions of workers like oakley and they still screw up. i know it sucks, but realize a company is made up of people, not perfect computers or whatever, and they can only do so much in their amount of time. and the tall t sounds sick, can u get one if u dont prreorder?

i have a feeling right now if i emailed for my money back i probably wouldnt see the money back in my account until March 5.
