Apparently Ninja and Yo-Landi from Die Antwoord were assholes the entire time of filming.

Yah, I saw the trailer(as an advertisement) before watching a youtube video and it was one of the few ads I actually watch the whole advertisement all the way through. I even watched the trailer a couple times before even noticing them in it.
 
The movie looked like district 9 and I loved district 9 but then I fucking saw Yolandi and heard that annoying fucking voice... pretty much ruined it for me. If I wanted to watch shitty video with die antwoord in it I'd just shuffle their music videos on YouTube.

That's the thing, I feel if they are bad in the movie I'll just do what I did when I watched the New TMNT movie(I ignored everything Megan Fox said/Did).

I feel like it's going to be a really good movie as a whole, I'm just going to go into watching it thinking there are going to be some bad acting from two people. I'll pay attention to them for the first little bit, but if they're bad I will be tuning them out. hahaha

I didn't read the link but Ninja and Yolandi are just characters, they're not all zeff trash in real life, and apparently they're fairly normal people. "Ninja" has played a couple other roles as musicians in the past and his real name is Watkin Tudor Jones
 
Stoked! I know the director loves using South Africans in his movies, probably why he chose them.

also the director has a love affair with gtr's seems like, a gtr was the "hero car" of elyisum (if you can call it that) and chappie was drivin a gtr in that first trailer
