Any NSers at the U of Melbourne?

Very Interested In going to this university next fall, but being that I know very little about it and about Australia in general, I would like a second opinion on the school/location. thanks!

I am at U of Melbs and so is alexg1687. Are you studying abroad? What course?

It's the best uni in Melbourne, it's located in inner CBD. Easy to get to via public transport from pretty much anywhere in Melbourne. I'm not sure what you want to know, so feel free to pm for more info.

Just don't go to Swinburne University of Technology, from my experience of one semester there the teaching quality is just not very good. Melbourne is awesome though, it's a very fun city

I can answer pretty much any question you want about Melbourne Uni. It's definitely the best uni in the country (and I've been to Monash too so I can compare). What course are you doing? What do you want to study while you're here?
