Skiing is my life during the winter, but when the snow melts and most kayak and hike, I find myself at the golf course just about everyday. Anyone else the same way? If so,Whats your handicap? Clubs you use?

I have a 12 handicap.

Taylormade Burner 2.0 Driver, Dunlap 3,5 wood, Dunlap wedges, Taylormade Burner 2.0 4-PW irons.

That shit used to be my life before having to work full-time. It sucks, I rarely get out anymore and my handi has ski-rocketed in the past year or two. At one point I was down to a 2, but that was when I was playing everyday but now I'd say I'm around an 8 or 9.

There's a golfers' cult but it's pretty much a ghost town, I don't know why it isn't catching on.

i love golf, if all i could do the rest of my life is ski and golf, i would be a very happy man. ive golfed and skied in the same weekend before and those are usually the best ever, but im still waiting for the day when i can golf in the morning and do an afternoon spring shred or vice versa, that will be the most epic day of my life

Just played sugarloaf yesterday! Course was in rough shape but it was really fun (didn't shoot well either, but took in the view)

I have done the AM shred, Golf in the afternoon thing. Probably one of the happiest days of my life. haha. I know what you mean.

I'm addicted to golf! If I don't go almost every day I don't feel right at the end of the week. I'm going to get my official handicap after I graduate, but I am consistently 10 over. My best round this summer has been 4 over. I placed fourth at districts this year and in the top ten at state. So I still have room to improve for sure, but golf is definitely my summer/end of spring addiction.And... Taylormade Burner Superfast Driver, Dunlop irons SW-5, Dunlop hybrids 3 and 4, Dunlop tiz putter

I"ve come to like dunlop clubs

I got into it last year, so i'm not sure i could consider myself "serious" about golf. I'd love to be playing every few days but as it is i'll only get out 8-10 times before the snow flies. My handicap is too high to count but i love it and hope to improve alot this year.

i am somewhat serious. i usually play bogey golf, so i guess my handicap is anywhere from 15-18? i don't have the time to get out more than once a week to knock that down a little

Just got this bag

Placed in state tourney in high school, driving down to Hilton head today for a week to play some of the best courses in the country so stoked!!

I've been playing pretty avidly for the past 4 years and I've gotten my handicap down to 7.

Driver: Taylormade R11

Fairway Wood: Callaway RAZR Hawk

Hybrids: 2, 3, 4 Adams IDEA Pro a12

Irons: Callaway Diablo Edge

Putter: Nike Method Core 2i

It was good and bad. It got to the point where I didn't even like playing, everytime I hit a bad shot I would just say to myself "well there goes my chances at a good round". I'm playing this weekend and I appreciate it the game so much more after I tool some time off, I'm stoked as hell to

im about an 8 handicap cause i took 2 years off and i make it nowhere in tourneys due to this 12 year old kid who is constantly shooting under par, but whatevs... i use R11s driver/woods last years titleist AP2's vokey spin milled wedges and a scotty cameron newport 2 thats about 4 years old

Played serious in HS with a handicap of 2. But I've been focused on school in college and don't get to play much anymore. Sucks

yes, i used to play, often with my dad. then i didnt play at all for like 6 years, then my girlfriends dad insisted we go, "had to, doesn't madder that you haven't been in years!" then i stot like a 110. He doesn't like me that much anymore.

i would think atleast 70% of people that golf maybe once or twice a month would struggle to break 100.

I'm not great, shot my best round yesterday with a +6, so Im pretty stoked about it. I just got a new set of Taylormade Burner 2.0s, with a burner driver, and I need a new putter.

worst thing i ever did for my golf game was keep an honest score card...i still enjoy it and go out two or three times week

fuck yeah golf.

Callaway Razr Driver, Taylor made burner 3,5 woods 4-PW Taylor made RBZ irons, Cobra putter.

more like 95%....the only way to get good at golf is to keep on playing and use the driving range and putting greens...putting greens are key for a round as it gives you a pretty good idea what the greens are going to be like for the day.

and skiing is my thing in the winter, but all summer/fall i just golf like crazy...i work 9 - 5 so i can sneak in a round after work and always golf saturdays. Grew up right next to a golf course so I've swung a club since I was about 7. Never played competitively just for fun my handicap is a 10 usually shoot in the low 80s...have hit a 79 once which I still have the scorecard and ball haha.

The Bag

Driver: Taylor Made burner superfast

Wood: Clevland Hi-bore fairway wood

Hybrid: Clevland Hi-bore 3hi

Irons: 4 - 9 pw sw Taylor Made r7

Wedges: Taylor Made rac wedges 60 degree and 56 degree

Ball: I like slazenger and bridgestone ... and of course I enjoy a Pro V1 but i'll only use one if I find it on the course, I don't like dropping the cash on those.

I enjoy golf its a blast.

real nice driver. i work at a golf course so i get to golf there for free. i have a couple different clubs i alternate with, but my favorites are deffinetly my big bertha 7 wood, mizuna 3 wood, clevland 60 degree, and my OG titleist bullseye putter

Hell yeah I am. Been playing around scratch. Also, I tried this in the Golf Cult, but nobody uses it I suppose. I have a bunch of wedges and a pair of brand new Callaway golf shoes to sell. They are size 10. PM me if your interested in anything or for more details.

I only play at business meetings.

And I managed to kill a rat one day.

I don't really have the time to do it.

Maybe when i become a pensioner i'll play more regularly.

My two sports are skiing and golf, pretty much exclusively these days. I played all through high school and play 4-5 times a week now. Handicap is 4, I have r7 irons, vokey wedges, a rife putter, and the r7 limited driver. Nothing like a good round out on the links.

Boner time.

I love the look of muscle backs, I'm playing the Mizuno Mp-68's at the moment. I love the weight behind them and they feel like butter, even on mishits -you can never go wrong playing a club that sounds like it's named after a gun.

golf is my shit in the summer. i try to play about 3 times a week. i have about a 10-12 handicap. i have ping g15 irons i have 2 nike hybrids and i have a titleist driver thats a few years old. also i use an oddysey putter

what school dude im in ma too

i try to play 2 or 3 times a week i would play more but the closet course is like half hour away and i cant drive. i started my handicap this year and im currently like a 23 and my best round this year was a 16 over or something like that. im playing taylormade burners 3-pw, taylormade firesole driver, taylormade putter, golden bear chipper and a lot of pro v1s cause the course i caddie at only uses pro vs so i always take a bunch and i just got a pair of nike heritage cleats

blades arent very forgiving. i played competitively in high school and had a set of mizunos. they were great then but i dont play nearly as much now and switched back to my old x-18s because im not good enough for the blade anymore. my brother is a lawyer for ping and he's hooking me up with some G20s. pretty pumped about that...my parents also got me bubbas pink g20 driver for my birthday. that usually draws some looks n shit talkin at the course but luckily i can still hit it well enough to shut most of them up.

Yeah not arguing that, man. Blades will definitely hurt your game if you don't liking shaping the ball. But I feel Mizuno did a great job of making a somewhat forgiving blade, I was really surprised to just how much I could mishit the ball and still have an acceptable shot. But I used to play Pings and they are awesome clubs and the G20 is definitely one of the sharpest looking drivers in the game.

its actually not as expensive as you think find a little 9 hole course to start at and a round is probably gonna be under $20 and you can find used clubs for not a lot either. golfs a lot less expensive then skiing when you think about it even though it may seem like more

Unfortunately I live in a tiny town where there isn't a little 9 hole course and they're all super nice and expensive as hell
