Any ladies ever used Rosa Snow??

I recently bought a few things from this website, it's been almost a month and still haven't got anything in the mail or on my email. On the website there are numbers for there "offices" however neither of the numbers work anymore there both disconnected. They ran my credit card the day after I placed my order and it went through so I know they have my payment. I've e-mailed them numerous times and still have not heard back. If anyone has used this website please let me know thank you.

i've browsed it but never ordered. i don't know if you mentioned that you emailed them for help or not, but their contact us specifically says they best way to reach them is that way. they never emailed you a tracking number or anything?
 
I've honestly tried everything I can think of, they did email me a tracking number however it doesn't say which delivering carrier it's with. So i tried UPS, FedEx, and, USPS and nothing comes up for it. You can leave messeges on there customer service recording (which i've done many times) and they don't return calls worth a damn. I highly recommend not using this website.
 
oh yeah. i meant to add, that if you paid through paypal you can make a claim, otherwise, contact your credit card company and try to file a report.
