Any Ideas for a shop?

i like the Tshirt idea. Get a ton of tshirts, i would buy them. Also get a ton of stickers. also.... music is a big part of skiing so why not have a collection of underground hip hop, punk, and other types of music that would be cool for skiing? I would defenitely like that.

i write e-mails to bunch of companies saying i like their produst and they always send me a bunch of stickers. I do that a couple of times and then start selling them.

Put up flyers for local bands to drop off their cd's to play at the shop. That'd add a little more of a 'part of the community' type thing.

 
sell clothes that arent specific to skiing too. like triple 5 soul or rip curl or quiksilver or something. skiers will buy it. non skiers will come and check it out too. thats a good way to open up your market.
