Me and powderchowda and skatefilly are heading to bohemia and doing 1 or 2 there then 1 or 2 at MM. Any hospitable NSers up there??

Any local secrets or fun things to do? How are conditions?

conditions at bohemia were nice this last weekend, northwest wind + cold = lake effect. the woods were fun. if conditions look good that weekend i'll probably go up. shoot me a pm when it gets closer, the fam has a cabin on the bay in baraga with couch/lazyboy space, from there it's 1.5 hrs to bohemia and 1 hr to MM.

Bohemia was sick today. The had ankle to knee deep pow everywhere and everything was open. It looks like we're going to get another foot or two before Feb., so conditions should be great then too.

As for stuff to do, just hit up MTU in Houghton or NMU in Marquette. Seeing as thats the opening weekend of Winter Carnival (read: drunk week, http://youtube.com/watch?v=TROqdOtW6lY) at MTU, there should be something going on.
