Yo same here I woke up at 5am and felt like shit, then I had to get up at 6 ughhh, I hope this cold goes away cause Im going skiing twice this week and I don't wanna miss it.
heat up a mug of water and mix in 1-2 tsp of ground cayenne pepper gargle and swollow tiny amounts for two minutes and repeat ever 20 mins. for as long as you want. your soar throut will b egone instantly
I dont want to sound like every other loser that says "BOOOoZEEeE!!!!!11!" but in all seriousness, on friday night i had a pretty bad cold and a killer cough, and i drank some good beers and then did a few tequila shots. The next day i woke up with a slight hangover but the cough and cold were gone. So maybe thatll work for you.
i just take some cold medicine every 4 hours, eat cough drops, drink fluids, and i personally try to be just as active as normal. it seems if i lye in bed i just get lazy and feel shittier....works like a charm
