Do kids even no what a pen is anymore? I just assumed classes were taught on cell phones and google machines these days.

I bet they haven't joined the pen 15 club

yeah, fountain pens match well with my antique briefcase from the 1900s, its a great locally-sourced non-gmo way of taking notes.

Calligraphers or calligraphists, if you prefer. I enjoy a good ball-point from time to time, but I think a fountain pen would be way too hipster.

edit: poor punctuation

Pilot G2s are the best pen ever made

I'll counter

Fisher AG7 Space Pen

Writes in Extreme Conditions: Writes at any angle- even upside down.

Writes underwater and over wet surfaces. Writes in extreme temperatures

from -30 F to +250 F Writes in the gravity-free vacuum of space.

This is the pen used on the Apollo 7 space mission in 1968 after 2 years of testing by

NASA and has been used on all manned space flights since then.
