Any diets that work?

Proper diet and exercise is all you need. Eat at a slight calorie deficit, exercise a lot, and don't eat like shit (no sugary or fatty foods)

also don't drink any soda.
 
fasted cardio in the morning, make sure you're in a constant caloric deficit but be sure to not cut out all carbs&cals out at once, progress to a lower amount to avoid any negative repercussions.
 
Im blessed with my very fast metabolism, I can eat as much as whatever i want and im still as thin as a stick
 
I had a cut that got infected really bad in the spring and I dropped 20 something pounds in under 2 weeks. So you could try that. Probably the best diet I ever went on.

Was free + no cost of food because who eats anyway.

Find something not too sharp, and pretty dirty, then wash your cut in dirt and used needles. Then lose weight fast!

If you feel like you're dying have no fear! That just means the diet is working!
