I live in denver and we just got dumped and hit urban for three days, and tomorrow we wanna go to the mountains for a little backcountry kickers or whatever. i know the higher mountains(loveland pass, berthoud) didn't get as much as the lower mountains so where are some good areas for jumps and stuff up there?

berthoud is actually pretty good right now. its best above the trees and the east from what I've heard. Avy danger is pretty high right now so make sure you know what you're doing.

im so jealous right now "we just got dumped on" "going up in to the backcountry" i just think you don't know how lucky you are to live in an area that actually has snow and doesn't just just piss down with fucking freezing rain, like lovely old England, i did get my fix on wednesday though - shredded at my local dry slope ( which is like skiing on carpet called snowflex), threw down on the rails/boxes - so stoked!
