Any body know any appartments in barrie that are not year leases?

So im going to school at georgian college in barrie this september, and im only going to be there until december then i have a work term. Now i was wondering if anybody knows if there are any good cheep places out there preferably with a non year lease. If anybody needs some roomies, hit me up. Matt_leblanc10@hotmail.com

Try to get ahold of some people a year ahead of you and ask them, you'll have more fun that way. The bernick townhouses aren't bad. I lived there for a bit the fall is always tough but places in the summer are a breeze.

And look around Cook street, I might be able to get you in somewhere now that I think about it, but they might be a little picky so I don't really wanna nominate up someone I don't know. It's a prime spot, quiet, but actually the closest possible house to the campus.
 
Yo dude im living in a house righw it dosnt have a 12 month lease its a alright house not to far from the school an its the best party house in barrie..if u want more details let me know
