Any Big Boulder PA locals out there?

How's the scene been since Vail took over? Big Boulder used to have some of the sickest parks out but since they disabled their IG I don't know what's going on out there. I'm probably committing to an epic pass and was wondering if it was worth visiting instead of just hauling to Mt.Snow.
 
I didn't go at all this year, but the pictures I saw it still looked sick.

Heard opening weekend was a disaster because nobody prepped the rails and they were rusty.

Still the same people building the parks from what I understand. No boulder park this year, who knows if it will return next year.

Freedom lift didn't run at all I believe.

If BB being good is why you are buying an epic pass, I probably wouldnt bet on it, vail could make bigger changes than what they've done already.

No I'm going to be skiing mostly in NE and skiing out west in the spring but I'm kinda in the middle between BB and NE.
 
I was a local this past year, it was fun and shit but nowhere near the same vibes. Going to 7 springs next season since I live right in between the 2
