Anti fog

Anyone found a good anti fog that works well on used lens? Towards the end of last season one of my lens started to fog a tad on really cold days.

I have the cat crap paste currently for my weapon lights. Works great. Didn’t even think about that stuff. I feel like the paste won’t work well in goggles. I’ll order up some of the spray. Thanks.
