Anther Full Tilt question...

Okay i finally decided to buy some new boots. I tried a few boots out, but they didn't fit perfectly. Since i have read about full tilts here om NS i decided to try the Full tilt bumble bee for fun, and it fittet me perfectly. The problem here is that i would like a freestyle boot, but the stores here in Denmark only got the bumble bee. So my question is if all full tilt boots fits the same foot because if that is the case i could by hotdoggers or booters online.

i dont own any fulltilts, so i cant base this on any personal experience, but from reading ns it seems that the FT's all fit differently; the hotdogger is apparently really narrow while the booter is wider. idk about the bumble bee pro.

what's wrong with the bumble bee?

too stiff?

i ski park just fine in my camos, and they are a "big mountain charging" boot.

jf the BBs fit, and the flex doesn't feel bad, then go for it.

I haven't really thought about skiing park in the BBs. What is the difference between the BBs and one of the freestyle models? and could it be solved by buying a different tongues?

they have the same flex as my camos. a pretty similar boot (if i am not mistaken)

it is a 6 flex on the full tilt scale, which is right in the middle.

they are basically a high porformance, go anywhere boot. not the stiffest boot out there, but stiff enough to handle anything that you throw at it.

in my opinion, (i'm about 6.1, 145LBs) the tongue is perfect for park. if you are heavier than i am, they will flex even more.

i would buy them. fit is what is important with boots, and you can always change the tongue out. then you can have a choice in your flex. soft for park, stiff for deep and steep.

haha no offense dude but just because its not listed as a Park boot doesnt mean it won't work well for example I am currently riding boots that seemingly break all the rules

they are Dolomite Rage Pros a 130 stiff race boot that was given to me for free, and fit so i wear them they are an expensive race boot but my foot was never even fit for them haha but i ski park just fine with them though the stiffness gives me shinbang like no other

Thanks alot. + karma to you all.

I sendt an email to full tilt and they said that the bumble bee pro and the hot dogger fits very very similar, so ill just buy the cheapest one, and if i end up with a BB pro ill just buy a soft tongue too. Thanks

hey dude, what height and weight are you? if you are a big guy like me, i weigh 90kg or like 200lb and the BB pro would be fine in the park, you dnt really want anything with less flex than 100 other wise its just gonna be too soft especially later on down the track, and you wont have enough support when landing big jumps. however if you are smaller and lighter then you might wanna go for something a lil softer like the hot dogger. but yea congrats on finding a good fitting boot, yet to find one for me yet, i wanna try the new kaos, i tried the BB pro and it was horrible, i tried it on pretty much on for shits and giggles and my foot couldnt fit in at all, worst boot ive had on my foot ever haha.

Im 75kg and 186 cm high (i not used to ft. and lbs)

Do you think i should go for BB pro, or hot dogger? I think Booter is too soft for me, so i dont think that would be an option.

im getting the booters most likely next season.but dont make the mistake i made by ordering a boot you havent tried on, i ended up getting a boot that was way too stiff, uncomfortable and narrow for me

Also, they all have different types of liners, so they all might fit a little differently. But I'm sure the sizing is pretty similar across the board. I've got some model a's (same as the booter, but in stealth black) and they are fuckin sweet. If they fit you well then you are a lucky man, because you are gonna get some full tilts.

You can always interchange the tongues too, if you dont like the flex.
