Anthems too small?

I'm about 5'10 and I can get a pretty good deal on 171 Line Anthems. Are these skis too small? I heard line make their skis a bit bigger, but would they be too small. Although I ski about 90% park, I also like to ski some shit hill close to my house with tight trails, so im pretty sure 178's would be too big anyway.

171 are too small, even for small runs ive been doin some tree runs with my 178's lately and they manuever great! i would definetely suggest 178, it will take a little to get use to but you will love um once you ride um.
 
im about 6' and ski the 178 and can't imagine having them any shorter. they ski really well in the tight spots, much more quick to turn than you might think. i would def reccomend them
 
How good of a deal can you get and can you get the 178's?

I think jumps they would wash out real easy and trees and such would be harder but if you mostly just do rails and other jibs you could probably get away with them if they are a GREAT deal. I might be worth paying more for the 178's.
 
About 5'10 and i have 161 anthems and invaders. So dont bitch about too small!!!

Anyone want to buy 161 anthems or invaders? LOL......
 
i'm about 5'9-5'10 and i got 171 anthems this year. i was coming from 157 chronics so it was a big step up anyways but i like the length. very easy to manuever. they do what i want when i want. but im also only 140lbs so i prolly couldn't ahev worked the 178s so well
 
well im about 5'8 i have the 171 anthems its true they measure long i measured then and they came out to like 175 or so...so far i love them, skied rails, east coast pow, groomers and i cant wait to hit some jumps
