ANT vs Seth Pistols

How similar or different are they. I just bought the ANTs cuz they were out of the JJs and am really nervous they wont be good in trees with pow and only good for givin her. How do they handle turns compared to the Seths or JJs. Skiing switch too? Im so nervous
 
Ive skied ANTs, own JPs and own Pistols. I find the JPs to be a little more versatile, but only by a bit. The ANTs are actually more turny the the JPs, but the shorter length and massive tail on the JPs make them a little better in the trees. The JP is the best of the 3 switch. The ANTs kills the JPs and Pistols at speed, and destroy both in the crud. If you have 2nd pair of skis for the icy days/park/spring you are golden, if not you are still doing ok.

The only reason I got JPs over the ANTs was cause I got them brand new for $300. If I had a choice at the same price I would have bought ANTs at the time. But I'm good now, the ARGs take care of the speed, pow, and crub for me.
 
also depends how tall/heavy you are - since the ants only come in 191. lots of kids would have trouble swinging boards that big.
 
haha its funny because I own Jp vs Julians, I've just never heard them being reffered to as JJs before.
