I'm thinking about getting a new board this summer. I want something fucking huge. like a dregs supertanker, thats a nice board, but my friend has one already and I want try something different.

I want a flexy flat giant board for lots of steppin, that looks really nice. I really love how arbors look but they dont make one big enough. I also plan on throwin some 90s on there, if youve ever ridden a board like this its the shit, with wheels that big you feel like youre surfing.

also does anyone know where I can get the gravity LED risers that make the bottom of your board light up? i know they stopped makin them a while ago but a guy I used to work with got some.

my other option is to make one. anyone know where I could order some 10-15 ply birch? needs to be high quality shit

thanks for the help

fuck it i'll just get a supertanker, can prob buy it off my friend anyways. its a great board.

but I do have another question: what are the best wheels so that I can cruise and carve a lil, but still slide?

Im not sure exactly but softer wheels will give a smoother ride while harder ones will slide better and take longer to wear down.

Kinda gotta find a sweet spot in the middle that works with your riding style. How often are you going to be sliding the huge board?

I'd get some nice big/soft tired for a dancer/cruiser board and get some tougher ones for a downhill/slide board

yeah the sliding wheels would be for my current board, a pintail

I've rode some super hard wheels before and they slide almost too well, and also I'm afraid to do anything but bomb, slide, bomb, slide because they cant carve. i remember in one thread someone mentioned what they believed was the perfect wheel, wish i knew which one

try posting the question over at www.silverfioshlongboarding.com . I bet they'd answer it super quick.

If you find out the answer, please let me know :) I love my current wheels for cruising but they hook up too much while sliding so im kinda in the market for a slide wheel/do it all wheel.
