Hello NS. The season is ending and I've started looking for a new ski to buy for next year. Currently I'm riding volkl bridges and they're okay, just a little too stiff

I'm 5ft 10in tall and weigh 144 pounds. I ski at a small resort in Pennsylvania so there are varying conditions throughout the season hardpack/ice/slush. I'd say I ride 70/30 Park/groomers with the occasional powder day

Like I said, my current skis are pretty stiff so I'd like to get a softer ski but not too soft because I need the stability for bombing groomers. I've been looking and so far I've been considering

Volkl wall

Armada halo 2

Armada t-hall

On3p filthy rich

And line travelling circus

I just got the Fischer Big Stix 100. I had bridges for the past 3 years. The Big Stix are similar but slightly more playful which I like. They handle great on East coast groomers. I can't speak to the park much though. Pretty good on jumps but have done few rails with them.

I ski the Midwest and am in the same variable conditions u r. I have the halo 2s. The guy at my shop made a mistake and mounted them at -2.5 when I wanted dead center, but I took them out and they were great on groomers and good in pow for a park ski. However I hated them in the park and got them remounted because I ski 90% park. When I skied them dead center they were fine on groomers they weren't close to as good as at -2.5 . They were amazing in the park tho, I think they gave me a boner. Haha and when my hill got a foot and a half today I skied the pow, they were ok and I had to lean back quite a bit. In the powder loaded park jumps tho, landing wasn't as difficult as I thought, I didn't have any problems staying back. Overall I love my halo 2s and wouldnt want a different ski for park. And I prefer them at dead center as opposed to -2.5

Oh and the volkl walls are even stiffer than what you have and the t-halls have realitiively the same flex as what u have, they are pretty close. J skis have a moderate flex and I here they are pretty nice and the halo 2s have a soft buttery flex.

Yeah i have t-halls and there kind of stiff but stable and have a fair amount of pop which makes them a good ski for jumps. Also I'm from PA, where you ski?
