Another thing that is wrong with America!!!! A bit of a rant!!!!

i used to work for fedex and I swear this happens all the time.

One of my friends delivered this one package to some chinese guys aptment. the chinese guy called fedex and said he never got the package. My fedex friend went rummaging through the garbage outside and eventually found the empty package materials. He told the manager at fedex who called the dooshbag back and the dooshbag says that he doesnt remember saying anything about not getting the package. the saddest part is that the customer never gets in trouble for this.

most fedex people work harder than you can possibly imagine to barely be able to support their family and people try to take advantage of them like that.

 
This kid's right, the coffee was served at near boiling, like 200 degrees or something, way too hot to be consumed--way hotter than it needed to be and way hotter than any other similar coffee in the industry. The lady was SEVERELY burned--third degree on her thighs, etc. and had to get major skin grafts. That's why she sued, and more importantly why she won. You have to give credit to the justice system though, because nearly all actually frivolous lawsuits, such as suing the dry cleaner for $10 million because they lost your pants, are thrown out. And if damages are awarded grossly out of proportion, they are usually fixed during appeal.
 
ok. before you continue bitching about how america sucks, what video would you like me to post? the 10 year old kids with automatic riffles shooting each other? the crazy guys hacking up another guy with a machete in the street? the execution on a public sidewalk in front of 100s of people on a busy day? the people with NOTHING to eat that look like skeletons covered in leather?

if your biggest problem today is reading about random incidences of people getting sued for dumb reasons, consider yourself lucky.
