Another "someone move into my house pretty please" thread

I know there are a million of these threads already and this is a long shot, but what the hell. One of my roommates is moving to Boston for grad school, so we need to find someone to take her room ASAP. The house is in the avenues, on the corner of G Street. Super close to the U. It's all new on the inside and the room available is the biggest of the 3. There's me and one other girl here, we're both pretty easy to live with (fine with smaller parties here and such, she's a boarder and I ski, 420 friendly). On and off street parking, we have a washer/dryer, pets are probably ok too but just talk to the landlord to be sure. (I have a dog, they're fine with that and dont charge me extra for her.) Rent is $400 a month.
 
im flying to utah saturday...i was gunna look for an apartment but i would be down to check out your house. i wouldnt be able to move in till august though.
 
^We are good for now. We are renewing out lease in August though so if for some reason one of us moves out then, I'll be bumping this!
