Another SKIMATIC Review

Well, I just finished watching it, and I am defneitely impressed, the only thing is that is sorta short, i felt like the movie was really getting going with Charles Gagniers segment, and then it ended.

Also

Frank Raymond, and JF Houle absolutely kill it in this movie, Franks urban skills are amazing
 
plehouse always have great films but they are all very short..same with whiteshine
 
i love plehouses stuff

i wonder how next years stuff is going to turn out with charles gone..
 
i heard after doing so many caribou's and landing with his legs crossed off tables and shit he hurt his knees and cant ski anymore...but i just made that up and i think he left plehouse for poor boys
 
fuck, i thought he was really good wiht plehouse! damn! everyone these days is switching teams, film companies, everything!
 
yeah it was short but the extras like b footy massif and making of made up for it cuz that's a shitlaod of skiing and montages
 
skimatic is the best one i have seen so far this year with ski porn barely beating corduroy for second, and then photoplay last.
 
THERES A MAKING OF?? oh man thats what every ski movie is missing. such a key to success.
 
yea, that's him. He's a great guy... sucks he's leaving pléhouse for making animations in a montreal studio. Skiing industry does not produce enough money.
 
I really like skimatic. The actual skiing parts are awesome. I liked Whiteshine a lot better. It had a btter vibe to it(junkyard segment). The whole animation of the skimatic 4000 thing I don't like at all. Anybody stopping by my dorm room, is like wtf are you watching. I just don't like it at all. Other than that it is aweosme, well worth the movie. I do think corduroy is better though, the booters ball footage, ian cosco, carlson, spriggs, kyler cooley's were all good, and I like the great mix of good big mountain stuff into it.
 
i didn't liek charles seg that much besides teh sicky rail combo...someone whoudl have told him it wasn't a comp, no need to spin to win
 
are you serious? he did tens all for ways, plus his double grabs and new grinds are absolutely sick.
 
this being my first plehouse film i was very impressed. i found myself actually paying attention through the whole movie, and there were a lot of whaaaaaaat was that, which means it was good.
 
grinds were cool, that rail line was awesome, i really really don't like tens. no steeze. props for doing it i guess. theres a reason that pollard video is circulating this site like aids at a gangbang.
 
Skimatic is my Favorite movie ever with forward.

Charles Part is Amazing... even all the 10s I'm more the type of yeah style over spin, but they were all super sick...

Frank Raymond and JF houle kills it on rails and Bibby butter everything like there he's been doing that for his whole life. I actually found the intro pretty good.

 
charles gangier has to be the worst thing that happen to skiing. new grinds has to be the worst thing in skiing. actually skiing is just gay peroid. except for benchets and pep.
