Another reason I hate baseball

in the pros dont they get paid 110000 a year? sounds like an alright job to me, hanging out going to all the games, not working very hard
 
thats a really small percentage of the pro players. 95+% will never see an MLB contract.

the stat that only 90% of pro ball players make it to the bigs is misleading. The vast, vast majority of them will only play in a few games before being sent back down. And they are being payed AAA money the whole time.

Oh, and yes a player on a big league team has the best job in the world bar none.
 
And the year before the Twins and White Sox played a game 163... Even though the outcome was less fortunate, it still goes to show that every game matters. And to the OP ripping Bartolo Colon... I would like to see you throw a baseball as hard as you possibly can 120 times in a row and tell me how your arm feels.
 
This exactly. Anyone who Doesn't play baseball has no Idea how physically demanding it is to throw a baseball as hard as you can numerous times.
