Another dyeing question

Yo! I was thinking about dyeing my crowbars today since i'm bored.

The problem is that i'm from Sweden and someone wrote in another thread that it must be RIT dye.

Idunno if we have RIT dye here in Sweden, will it work with other dye?

Sry about the thread, much dyeing threads now.

A dyeing cult should be created!

RIT is just a fabric dye, so im guessing any other brand fabric dye will work...you just have to make sure you mix the dye with hot water, because the heat opens the pores in the plastic, making the dye stick.

Now I tested with "Herdins Textile Colour - multi fibre -".

Tested the outriggers and they got darker but its hard to tell that they've been dyed, since it is such a small diffrent in colour. I liked the diffrent but its not what i wanted to do. Wanted to make my dark brown to a murdered out black. Maybe I screwed up on something but the dye dident really work that well as I hoped.
