Another CREW thread. I HATE IT!

yeh at first i thought u were wrong steve but you are right...yea these kids most likley say this shit and thought it looked dope so they bought it...i dont see a problem with that...1.they are supporting the ski industry...2.its their(or their parents) money...so how can you (not u nomensteven, but people in general) say that they SHOULDNT spend their money on that??

yeh steve u are right...people on here are jelous...the is no rule that says u cant buy a pair of oakley corwbars with a fire lens until u can do a switch cork 5 truckdriver...u guys need to listen to what u are saying becasue u sound tres stupid....

so you(thread creator) are saying that if i come to a ski hill with all brand new shit, but a, sketchy as jack...then i deserve less respect than someone that is wearing shitty old threads and is at the same talent level than me? i think not...no...i KNOW not...(and just for future referance i dont have all brand new threads)

last thought...WHO CARES...FOCUS ON YOUR SKIING AND NOT BEING A DOUCHE BAG ON THE HILL....

yes i have a problem with kids buying a thousand dollars worth of dope clothing and standing at the top of the park doing nothing. i have a huge problem with that.

and its not affecting our skiing at all, and were not being douchebags on the hill. i dont say shit wen i see people like that

Don't hate....support.......teach them how to do shit. This is why we get a shit name around the hill.....as soon as some one has twins....and can't do anything....we don't offer help.....we call them shit heads....and tell them to fuck off.

no.....well maybe u do...but i dont say shit...if they ask em stuff im nice to em...its just some of em act all scared and ski away

because he's mean, and wont let me into his clone army.

Also I bet i was one of the kids at WV you saw sucking big time. I had a very bad day...im quite ashamed of myself.

i guess im not that pissed about it, cuz i cant do shit but i have the oldest shit ever so im not really complaining. if i dont pratice i dont expect to hit rails and throw down cork 3's and shit. if they want to waste there money to look cool, sucks for them. i would feel so cool if there were there then i just tore up in front of them.

then you just got to take it as it comes.....ride for the fun of it...support the sport....in every form. There was this one kid....he was one snowblades....but he had potential. Instead of listening to what every other person on this site said, i helped him out. Now he is on twins, he realised how much better it is.

It is his 10th time on twins....and he can pull 900 mutes like nothing. You are a roal model to these kids......you have to start acting like one, if not then this sport is doomed to fail.

i dont think so...so many people buy the oakley anorak and link jackets. those jackets are barely waterproof at all. they buy them just for the sole purpose of looking cool. I'm not saying you can't buy whatever you want, I'm just saying they arent buying them for quality.

I think the creator was a little too harsh on these kids, perhaps they were just beginners at skiing in the park or even just skiing, but you shouldn't hate on them for any reason, except maybe being shy?? I dunno man, what if they were just decked out cause they like the image and gear, and want to get into park riding, and reading your initial post you say nthing of how you acted towards them in person, but on here you bash them. Anyway what I'm trying to say is maybe they were shy and didn't want to feel embarrased because they lack skills, maybe if you would have talked to them for a little bit you could know why they are they way they are, you could have come out of this situation with a couple sesh buddies who want to learn but are timid park skiers.

I think they are full out joking. They are all probably cool with eachother. Jeff is too pimpin to be hated on. And about the topic. All I can say is just, be happy that people are supporting our brands. I mean, the companies need business, and I'm fine if anyone buys their shit. I'd rather see a poser decked out in Siver/Armada than a poser decked out in Burton/Salomon.

To whoever made this thread, maybe you can give us the rules of what a "beginner skier" outfit should be.

That way all the people who are starting out and learning can know what they need to be wearing so that you don't have a huge problem with it.

And of course you could also provide us with your list of things that are unnacceptable for beginners to ski in. Maybe some minimum skill standards as well, such as: "If you can't stomp a 720, you are forbidden to use skis worth more than 500."

That would be so great. Because you're right, it really sucks to go skiing and have your day ruined because someone you don't even know didn't follow your rules of how to shop.
