For a jib after the jumps.....

I noticed you have a few flat bars. I think it would be dope if you made a huge flat down out of two of them, maybe even a flat gap down. Just thinking....

its finally in place as of two nights ago..however all of this rain we have had this winter has done a number to wooden stairs..it needs alot of wood work before we can open it. We have contests keeping us busy through the weekend so the earliest we can get to it would be monday weather permitting.

i built a flat gap down for an early season comp i threw this year, ill post the video in a day or two and see what you all think........i loved it, not everyone did.
 
Yeah, you should consider all of these ideas. Also, if you could set up more stuff for NIGHT riding, that would be tight. Like moving the stair-case up towards the top, so you could do it and still hit the jumps afterwards. Any kink rail additions to night riding would be appreciated. Thanks man.
 
yeah things will change up in the night park soon...and yes we will move some more kinks there.

We finished preping the wallride and that will be in the night park within a couple 2-3 days.

Just so everyone knows..most of our techest stuff wont ever be in the night park. You have to come in the day and ride the Lost Dutchman chair. Far too many reasons to list as to why this is so. But the biggest one is that everyone only rides the front chairs and theres why sicker terrain for parks out at Dutchman. If we put all the dope stuff out front then no one will ever ride out to the east and west sides of the mountain where its basically gaper free and the conditions are sick.

Along with the kink rails, could you maybe add a curve rail, c or s, and a gap rail out of 2 long flat rails. These are my ideas, take em or leave em.
 
way ahead of you buddy...everything you ask for is off the Dutchman chair and has been for quite some time..a couple weeks.

check the conditions page at rideboreal.com ,everything is always listed feature by feature and by chairlift.
 
s-box is out in the night park now.

And its not a budget problem, we have plenty of budget. The dilema is this..we are trying to create an ALL MTN PARK. Therefore we cant and wont focus all of our best stuff right out front where its already way to over crowded on most days/nights. The mission of this all mtn project to use the other terrain and chairs that are better suited to park features and that are dramatically under used and hardly ever crowded. We could take everyones ideas as well as our own and make the sickest park right out front on the Accelerator lift but it would defeat the whole purpose of going All MTN Park. It's just gonna take time to wean everyone off that one lift but in the end it will be worth it...the parks will(and are)be so much better in those areas and it will be alot more fun to ride in areas that are beginner/gaper free..areas that are totally full of the shredder crowd. This is only the first year of a radical remake of Boreal..we still have a long way to go to see it complete and have everyone catch on to that change. It took 2 seasons for Bear Mountain to reach their planned goal. Now they have everything dialed and the place is simply amazing. Boreal is on a very similar path and time will tell.

I understand totally. Thanks man. I need to somehow get up to Boreal during the day and check out dutchman... sounds sick. Thanks for improving the night park despite the gapers.
