That's the thing, younger girls are better. They're more agile and fearless. Every other team could have younger girls that are better than the 16+ girls they have now.

hand bone structure x-ray accuratly tells age and you cant lie to an xray.

You have to be 16 within the year. So 15 is legit if they have a birthday later in the year.
