alright hennie, theres a few ways to do it, if you want an avi, mak sure you use divx, thats your only hope for 2 megs in 20 secs of footy. if you want to do mpeg, i would suggest lsx, but you have to download that or buy it, so if you have premiere 6.5, use the adobe mpeg compressor, if you have 6 or an older version, youre out of luck.
my first suggestion would be go with duncan, and export it as a wmv, file>export>advanced windows media
