except in the case when a mothers life is endanger...she said that was ok.

For me, I would say her stance on abortion is less of an issue for me, because I am pro-life. I do however, believe that there should be an option in cases like rape/incest/child molestation.

That's a hard thing to enforce though. Any woman can go into planned parenthood who wants an abortion and say they were raped. It doesn't matter if there isn't evidence, they aren't going to second guess a woman who says she was raped.

Basically, I don't care if the person in the white house is prolife, or prochoice, because I am prolife, and believe in prochoice for others, so i don't use that as a deciding factor for whom i want to be president, although i know it is a deciding factor for some.

Basically, yeah. I just have a problem with it because its putting religious opinion and scientific evidence on the same level.

Palin is just too much of a "God-warrior" for my tastes.

the weirdest part is, in my whole life going to catholic schools, and even attending church for two years, i've never met a creationist. i suppose most christians have a decent head on their shoulders and don't take everything in the bible seriously. that's another reason why Palin scares me.

Depends where you live I guess. I found out one of my best friends who just graduated in my degree (Biology, yeesh) 100% believes dinosaurs are fake, evolution doesnt happen and that Adam and Eve were real people who lived in a garden with a snake and apples.

UW degree in biology, was going to go to med school, but her 28 year old boyfriend training to be a pastor in Florida married her this summer, and now they're moving to Texas.

You cant make this stuff up.
