Angry over icons

does it bother anyone when someone else all of the sudden has your icon? do you think i would be in the right to ask/tell someone to get a new one because that one is mine.

i've had this icon for a good 3 months "secret hook ups" and now that they got relesed to the public i see someone else with it. and it bothers me.
 
Meh, thats why i think everyone should personalize their icon, like it should be required to make your own. That way it could be the sickest icon ever, and no one else is going to have it, rather than taking the freebies off the Line Wesbite (no offense to you, or anyone else, just making a point). Thats why the PPP is so rad, cause they all have personalized icons that just show authority.
 
i made my own so if anybody else gets it then that means they stole it directly from me which would make me mad, but if i had one that was already on the internet or somethingi wouldnt get that mad
 
yah, thats why i make my own, well i never made this, but i found a picture that i liked, so i sized it down and sued it as a display pic
 
i made mine but basically all i did was made the image small enough to use in an icon. but its been stolen twice and i dealt with both accordingly
 
I'd be a little bothered if someone had mine... just because I don't know why someone would copy mine. And I'm pretty sure no one else had it before I took it.
 
I always make my own icons and so far no one has stolen mine. Actually some girl stole my barbie icon a while ago but I changed it so whatever, she can keep my hand me downs.

I also change my icon frequently.. speaking of, it's about time for it to be changed again.

i had a JD icon which i found on my own and i was accused of stealing it which is bs and then i get this one which i found from the same place and im accused of stealing this one but w.e im not changing it im actually trying to make a unique one on photoshop
 
ya paul-o-rama stole my old bob marley icon i made myself and then made a thread aobut how i stole it from him, the best thing to do tho is just ask them to change it dont flip out cuz n00bs dont know how serious some ppl take it
 
If you make your own, you own that icon and can say something. Now there are a few things that if seen in an icon and you don't rate certain denotions in your icon and they're there, I'm sure some long time members can point out some of these to you, that's when you're treading on punishable offenses.
 
ask him to change it, and if he doesnt, give me his user name and I will verbally abuse him until he does.
 
Thats why I have the racoon. Even I dont have this pic on file anymore. The only place this pic can be found is my icon, so you'd have to take a screenshot or something and then I'd find out where the fucker lives and hire a hitman.

But if its more of a common icon, and you know you had it first, just PM the person and pleasantly inform them that they have your icon, and ask if they could change it. You might also want to request that they dont claim you stole theres, you can look bad. Just be nice, most of the time people dont know, cause they dont have the time to go look at every icon.

ur a fucking moron...if u got that icon of the Line site and didnt edit it at all why cant someone use it...Its not like the icon is old the anthem is a new ski and ofcourse people might want to have it. I dont think u have any right telling someone to changetheir icon if u got it of a free website in the first place
 
i always ask politely. i see mine from time to time and say hey there little guy....my post count much more grande then yours. so with all do respect would you please change.
 
your stupid it's not the point that i got it from a opean free web site it's just the right thing to do and not have the same icon as anyone else if they had it first
