Angle of boots

Just wondering what the best angle for a ski boot is if I’m doing about 60 park 40 all mountain I would like to make my boots optimal for doing rails and also I would think a angled boot would make backflips difficult

Like forward lean? It’s personal preference. Some people like hardly any and some

Like a ton. I don’t think it has much of an impact on any of the stuff you are asking about.

Yeah really it’ll only affect you if it’s not what you like. There’s no better forward lean for park or for pow or for all mountain, all personal preference.

It honestly depends on your amount of ankle range of motion. If you're very flexible, then it comes down to personal preference. If you have a limited ankle ROM, then you don't want to set the boot up beyond what your ankle can do. FYI - having a limited ankle ROM is rather common and leads to a lot of heel lift, pain on the lateral sides of their feet, etc. Definitely a thing that people should get checked.
